ElringKlinger’s 2012 Annual Report Receives Silver Award

July 2013 +++ The ElringKlinger 2012 Annual Report receives the renowned LACP Vision Awards in Silver in the category of "Automobiles & Components". The US association, "League of American Communications Professionals" (LACP), awarded the financial report 97 out of 100 points.

Every year, this prestigious design award recognizes outstanding achievements in the area of financial communications based on numerous criteria. Among the features evaluated are visual impression, cover image, writing style, and creativity as well as the information’s transparency and accessibility of information.

ElringKlinger prevailed against strong international competition: There were more than 6,000 entries from 24 countries submitted for the Vision Awards.

Under the motto "Future Inside", ElringKlinger's current Annual Report illustrates various future scenarios for the automotive world and the role ElringKlinger will play. Aesthetic product descriptions provide an insight into the Company's innovative product portfolio and how the Company is preparing for the various possible drive concepts of the future. On a total of 226 pages, the publication not only includes mandatory information but also offers fascinating additional information such as a discussion on current trends in the automotive industry between Dr. Stefan Wolf, the Chairman of the Management Board, and the extreme climber, Reinhold Messner.

July 2012 +++ The League of American Communications Professionals (LACP), a US-based association, gave the ElringKlinger annual report 97 out of a possible 100 points.

Every year, the international prize recognises quality and outstanding achievement in the field of financial communications on the basis of various criteria; these include first visual impression, cover illustration, writing style and creativity as well as transparency and the accessibility of information.

The award is one of the biggest in the area of financial reporting, and this year the competition was particularly fierce: with over 5,500 submissions from more than two dozen countries, the LACP Vision Awards attracted more entrants than any other year since its inception in 2001.

ElringKlinger’s annual report for 2011 revolves around the theme of ‘New dimensions’. At 216 pages in length, it comprises not only the mandatory disclosures but also informative sections such as the text of a discussion on current trends in the automotive industry between ElringKlinger CEO Dr. Stefan Wolf and VDA President Matthias Wissmann. With artistic images of products and quotes from employees also included, the report presents a comprehensive overview of the company.
