Project Engineer

• Technical management of production engineers in the regional plants
• Independent preparation, planning and introduction of new processes and standards
• Train Production Engineers for CU standards in BOM, routing, material master
• Check BOM's and routings for BU and CU standards and check actual material input in production.
• Assure correct and actual master data in SAP (see separate central instruction).
• Independent analysis, optimization and standardization of processes and standards
• Establish Continual Improvement Process (CIP), Production KPIs targets deployment in region in terms of Cycle time, OEE, POV…
• Assure high efficient daily work and identify potentials, also in the relevant interfaces.
• Implementation of Operation Academy Trainings
• Other duties as assigned.
