What we can offer you
At ElringKlinger, performance is always rewarded. Apply yourself, and we will acknowledge your commitment. In Germany, depending on the actual location, we offer a monthly salary as well as holiday and Christmas pay. This is based on the applicable collective wage agreements for the metal and electrical engineering industry or on the terms agreed in specific employment contracts. Additionally, the majority of our workforce receives a voluntary bonus in acknowledgement of a strong business performance.
ElringKlinger will also stand by you once you have reached retirement. In Germany, for example, under the Old-Age Provision Act (Altersvermögensgesetz – AvmG) you have the possibility to join various retirement plans. In some cases, we even contribute to the conversion of remuneration components in the context of such schemes. Depending on where you are located, you may also be entitled to an employer-funded company pension.

Targeted HR development – Our high-potential program
Having mastered the first few years as a young professional and tackled challenges head-on, you are now ready to move forward to the next level. Our high-potential program is designed to prepare you for new areas of responsibility by taking a targeted approach. Over the past years it has established itself as a highly successful HR development program within our company.
You will be nominated for this program if your line manager or supervisor is of the opinion that you are equipped with the talent needed to take on a key role in future years. Our top management will subsequently decide on how to proceed. We place particular importance on the individual development of our employees.
Whether project work, seminars, workshops, informal get-togethers with our Management Board or an open dialog with senior management concerning our corporate strategy and the step-by-step introduction of managerial responsibilities – you can rest assured that you will receive all the preparation needed to thrive in this environment.

Focusing on people management – Leadership on the move
Appraisal meetings, principles of leadership, managerial effectiveness and team development – aspects that are of key importance particularly to middle management.
We believe that managers can and should evolve and refine their skills continuously. Therefore, "Leadership on the move" is directed at staff members who have held people management responsibilities over an extended period of time. Our aim is to strengthen our managerial staff in this role. This is achieved by means of highly focused networking across the various ElringKlinger sites and at a management level, in addition to extensive personality training and close, effective dialog. You will take part in workshops, receive feedback from the various trainers, work on case studies and discuss specific issues with other members of the group. Here, too, there is a strong emphasis on strengthening your interpersonal skills.
